NFL Women's Forum

Inspiring, educating and connecting women candidates for Football Operations positions in professional and collegiate football programs.

The NFL Women’s Forum helps the NFL identify women currently working in college football to join its next generations of leaders.

Recap of the 2023 NFL Women's Forum.

The eighth annual NFL Women's Forum took place in February 2024 as part of the league's ongoing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

The invite-only Forum educates and connects women candidates currently working in college football roles. Participants interact with Owners, General Managers, Head Coaches and club executives in the NFL and in college football programs.

“We are actively expanding opportunities for women by identifying and developing qualified individuals as part of the NFL’s inclusion efforts.”

Troy Vincent, Sr., Executive Vice President of Football Operations

To help attendees grow their network and learn industry insights, the Forum includes two days of panel discussions, presentations and breakout sessions. Participants get an exclusive look into coaching, strength and conditioning, player personnel, team operations, football administration, research and strategy, video and equipment.

“Women are vastly underrepresented in operations positions in sports. NFL clubs understand the value of considering the entire talent pool during the hiring process. This program provides the opportunity for teams to meet with driven and experienced women, with a focus on women of color, who have a strong desire to work in football and we’re proud of the progress we’ve seen in four years.”

Sam Rapoport, NFL Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion

Since 2017, over 250 opportunities have emerged for women in NFL roles. That number continues to grow in 2024.
